Charging in practice

A collective charger assessment for your community

A group of electric cars charging at charging stations

As more electric cars appear in the garage, it is tempting to deal with the matter “point by point”: one person, one charger, one assessment. In practice, this approach is more expensive and harder to maintain than a single collective rollout for the whole building.

One assessment instead of many

The fire-safety assessment and installation design evaluate the whole garage and the grid connection, not a single socket. Done once, for the target number of points, they cover further chargers without repeating the entire procedure for every new resident.

By doing it separately for each point, the housing community pays many times over for analysing the same building and risks the individual installations not being consistent with one another.

A charger group with dynamic power allocation

Instead of assigning a fixed power to each point, we combine the chargers into a group covered by load management (load balancing). The system shares the available power among active sessions, so more cars can use the same grid connection.

  • No expensive increase in connection capacity with every additional charger.
  • Protection of the installation against overload when several cars are charging at once.
  • Phased expansion: we add new points to the existing group.

Why not point by point

Separate, independent points quickly use up the building’s power and force expensive grid connection upgrades. There is also no shared management or billing — each device lives a life of its own.

The scope of the assessment and the target number of points depend on the building. We confirm the optimal design after analysing the garage and the grid connection.

Calculate the cost of your documentation

Enter the number of charging points and we will calculate the net and gross amount incl. 23% VAT.

Additional points within a single documentation set are cheaper: the first point is the full assessment and design, and each further one is only +330 zł net — the more points, the lower the cost per point.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, if we plan for the target number of points. A well-prepared design allows for expansion, so additional chargers do not require repeating the whole procedure.
