EV charging infrastructure for 12 points in Łódź

in cooperation with Elemar Instalacje

Together with Elemar Instalacje we delivered an infrastructure design for 12 electric vehicle charging points in the housing community at ul. Zakładowa 87 A-H in Łódź.

We prepared the design based on actual load measurements of the installation and current legal requirements related to electromobility. The documentation covered, among other things, the possibility of charging several vehicles simultaneously while maintaining fire safety and without the need to increase the building’s connection capacity.

The Domena Power system at the athotel35 hotel

Guests of the hotel and restaurant gained as many as 4 electric vehicle charging spots, conveniently available during their stay, dinner, or business meetings.

A major advantage is the integration with the hotel software, thanks to which charging is handled without involving the reception desk.

The Domena Power system at Hotel Bristol

We are pleased to announce the completed deployment of the Domena Power system at Hotel Bristol in Busko-Zdrój. We launched the whole solution together with an integration with the Ensto Pro charger, which enables comprehensive management of both access and billing in the area of electromobility.

The facility owner has full control over the costs and operation of the charger, with no intermediaries and no additional fees. Domena Power charges no commission on energy sales, so all the benefits remain on the hotel’s side.

EV charging at the „Na Skraju” estate

At the modern „Na Skraju” estate in Warszawa, developed by KALTER Sp. z o.o., we launched the Domena Power electric vehicle charging system.

Residents use a shared Legrand Ensto charger, without the need for costly, individual installations. This is real value for residents and a convenient tool for communities and developers.

Cooperation with the Domena S.C. administration

The Domena S.C. administration has joined the group of partners using the Domena Power system. Thanks to this cooperation, we launched internal electric vehicle charging stations in the managed estates, available exclusively to residents.

This is not only convenient, but also a real saving and full transparency of billing. Together we are developing electromobility infrastructure: accessible, fair, and resident-friendly.

Charging with no commission on energy sales: the energy cost follows the facility’s tariff (G11 in this deployment)
For example: driving 100 km costs about 16 zł with the G11 tariff and the consumption of a Tesla Model 3 class car; the cost depends on the tariff, the vehicle, and the driving style
For example: 5 full charges were invoiced at 260 zł, which gave about 1600 km of range in this deployment

The Domena Power system at the R69 estate

Another deployment of the Domena Power system in Łódź, at ul. Rewolucji 1905 roku 69. It is a modern charger management system that enables effective monitoring, optimization, and automation of charging processes. Users gain convenient access to reliable stations, and property owners gain full control over the infrastructure and its costs.

In this case, the system works together with a photovoltaic installation, so that energy from the panels is used for self-consumption and resale to residents at the grid purchase price. This makes it possible to genuinely lower energy costs, instead of feeding surpluses back into the grid at symbolic rates.

In addition, Domena Power charges no commission on energy sales, so the community and residents fully benefit from the savings achieved.

The Domena Power system at the Nowy Olechów estate

At the Nowy Olechów estate in Łódź we deployed the modern Domena Power charger management system, which significantly improves the comfort of using the charging infrastructure. Each user receives access to an individual account with easy registration, a view of the charging history, and transparent cost billing based on the actual energy consumption.

We equipped the system with a remote diagnostics module, which allows any faults to be quickly detected and removed without the need for an on-site service visit. The community also uses surplus energy from the photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and for reselling electricity to residents at the grid purchase price.

As in the other deployments, Domena Power charges no commission on energy sales. All billing remains on the side of the community and its residents.
