Fault diagnosis and repair
- On-site fault diagnosis — reading logs, session history and error codes
- Technician visit and inspection of the device on site
- Electrical diagnostics: power supply, protections, voltage drops, earthing, RCD/RCBO, SPD
- Connectivity diagnostics (Ethernet/LTE/Wi-Fi)
- Locating the fault cause and recommending the repair scope
- Repair and replacement of components: modules, contactors, sockets, displays, meters
- Mechanical maintenance: lock jamming, plug locking, seal replacement
- Sourcing and delivery of parts, warranty procedures (RMA), replacement device during the repair
- Functional test after the repair and an intervention report
Inspections and periodic measurements
- Scheduled periodic inspections (e.g. every 6 or 12 months)
- Electrical measurements: shock protection, insulation resistance, fault loop, RCD operation
- As-built and measurement reports for the site documentation
- Cleaning, corrosion checks and tightening of connections (torque checks)
- Checking temperatures and signs of overheating (visually and thermally)
- Testing protections and the correct operation of connectors and locks
- Firmware updates during scheduled service windows
- Checking and updating on-site signage and user instructions
- Service log and inspection history
