EV charging for companies and fleets: documentation, installation and system in one
End-to-end charging for an electric vehicle fleet — we take on the full scope: documentation, fire-safety expert review, design and installation, plus our own Domena Power system for management and billing with no commission on energy sales. Bill employee charging, balance power on a limited connection and charge vehicles around their real availability.
What the company and fleet gain
Six benefits of working together — from billing employee charging to charging matched to the fleet’s rhythm.
Billing employee charging
Every session is assigned to a driver or vehicle. Bill business charging to the exact kWh — ready for accounting and expense reimbursement.
Load balancing
Dynamic power management lets you charge several cars on a limited connection, with no costly upgrade and no overloads.
Charging around vehicle availability
Priorities and schedules matched to when vehicles return and leave (logistics, sales reps’ cars) — ready to drive in the morning.
Accounting-ready reports
Consolidated usage and cost breakdowns per vehicle, driver and location, ready for settlement.
Multiple locations in one panel
Manage charging across all branches from a single CMS.
Independence, no commission
Your own infrastructure and system. You pay no commission to an operator and don’t depend on their network.
The Domena Power system for fleets
Hardware is only the start — the real value comes from the system: billing, power management and charging matched to vehicle availability.
Billing employee vehicle charging
Per-driver authorisation and metering of every session. Business charging — at the company, and at home too with MID meters — is billed to the exact kWh, with reports ready for reimbursement and accounting.
Load balancing on a limited connection
When power is limited, the system shares it dynamically between charging cars. You charge more vehicles with no costly connection upgrade and no risk of overload.
Charging around vehicle availability
Set schedules and priorities to the fleet’s real rhythm — cars returning from routes, deliveries and sales reps. Vehicles are ready to leave in the morning, and power goes where it’s needed.
You’ll find more on how it works and pricing on the billing system page, and the technical details in the article power management (load balancing).
The full scope: documentation and installation
We don’t leave you with the paperwork — from documentation and approvals, through hardware selection, to installation and service. One company answers for the whole thing.
- Technical expert review and assessment of available power.
- Fire-safety expert review and preparation for the UDT inspection.
- Installation design and complete as-built documentation.
- Charger selection to match the fleet profile, regardless of manufacturer.
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of the stations.
- Service, monitoring and maintenance after deployment.
We deliver full design and as-built documentation together with the fire-safety expert review and preparation for the UDT inspection, then install and commission the stations. As a result the fleet is ready to work without you coordinating several contractors.
