EV charging for hotel guests: a service that pays for itself
End-to-end electric-vehicle charging at the hotel — from design and installation, through software to manage the stations, to a billing system with no commission on energy sales. Charging becomes a paid service for guests and an asset for the property, without burdening the front desk.
What the hotel gains
Six benefits of working together — from new revenue to service that doesn’t involve the staff.
An asset for EV guests
A charger is a concrete argument for EV drivers choosing a hotel and on business trips — plus higher visibility in charging-station search apps.
An extra revenue stream
You offer charging as a paid service with your own price list, with no commission on energy sales.
Integration with the hotel system
We assign sessions to the room and booking, so charging is billed together with the hotel’s other services.
Service without the front desk
The guest authorises charging themselves (app, code or room card), and the staff aren’t involved.
Software to manage the stations
You run all stations, tariffs and access from a single panel, with ready session and revenue reports.
Your own price list and access rules
You decide the rates, hours and whether charging is for guests, staff or the public.
Management software and integrations
Our own system to manage the stations and billing, integrated with the tools the hotel uses.
We offer our own software to manage the charging stations and bill sessions, and we integrate it with external systems — including Betasi, hotel systems (PMS) and BMS. As a result charging is billed together with the hotel’s other services.
Your system isn’t here? Let us know — get in touch, we’ll check the scope and build the integration too.
