Wallbox for private customers: selection, installation and service
Wondering which wallbox to choose for your electric car? As a private driver, you get a single point of contact for the whole process: impartial advice, a charger matched to your car and connection, a clear quote, safe installation and service. We explain every decision in plain language and never push a particular brand.
What you gain as a driver
Six things that make the difference when choosing and installing a wallbox.
Impartial wallbox selection
We match the charger to your car and connection (7.4 kW, 11 kW or 22 kW), regardless of manufacturer. We never push a single brand.
One point of contact for everything
From your first question, through installation assessment and mounting, to service — the same company guides you throughout.
Clear cost, no surprises
We quote the device and installation before we start and explain every item in plain language.
Readings and history in the app
In the Domena Power app you get remote readings and charging history — you know how much you used and what it costs.
Two connection options
We tailor the connection to your situation: your own DSO or apartment meter, or a building management sub-meter in a multi-unit building.
Documents from licensed professionals
The documentation is signed by an electrician with construction licences and a fire-safety expert — safe and fully compliant.
Connection options
We tailor the connection to your situation — at home, in an apartment or in a multi-unit building.
Building management sub-meter (ADM) with dynamic power allocation
A solution for multi-unit buildings: chargers connected to building management sub-meters, covered by a collective expert report and design with dynamic power allocation. Remote readings and charging history are available in the Domena Power app, so billing is transparent and the available power is shared between users without overloads.
Your own DSO meter or apartment meter
A connection wired to your own DSO meter (a separate contract with the grid operator) or to your apartment meter. Simpler "on your own" billing when you do not need shared infrastructure. We match the option to your installation and building.
Chargers we install
We install devices from proven, reputable manufacturers, selected impartially to suit your car and connection.
Documentation and safety
All documents are signed by authorised professionals — always an electrician with construction licences and, where required, also a fire-protection expert.
- Design and as-built documentation signed by an electrician with construction licences.
- Fire-safety report confirmed by a fire-protection expert.
- Installation compliant with regulations and ready for acceptance if required.
We handle the formalities — check the price list for expert reports and designs and the scope of the fire-safety report and UDT acceptance as well as installation and service.
Calculate the cost of your documentation
Enter the number of charging points and we will calculate the net and gross amount incl. 23% VAT.
Cheaper with neighbours: the more charging points in a single documentation set, the lower the cost per point. Team up with your neighbours for a collective assessment — each additional point is only +330 zł net.
Number of charging points
First point 3000 zł, each additional +330 zł net.
* Applies to connection to the building’s existing distribution board, provided the full required electrical documentation and floor plans are supplied.
Frequently asked questions
- For most homes with a three-phase connection, an 11 kW wallbox is optimal: it charges fast without overloading the installation. 22 kW requires thicker cables and more power, and many cars limit AC charging to 11 kW anyway. For a single-phase installation we usually choose 7.4 kW. We pick the specific model after a short chat about your car and connection.
- The device itself usually starts from about 2,000 zł, and installation by an electrician is 1,500–4,000 zł — depending on the distance from the switchboard, the cable run length and any protection needed. We quote the full scope before we start, with no hidden items.
- In a multi-unit building we use a building management sub-meter with dynamic power allocation, and you get remote readings and charging history in the Domena Power app. Alternatively, we wire the connection to your own DSO meter or apartment meter.
- All documents are signed by an electrician with construction licences and a fire-protection expert. This makes the installation safe and fully compliant.
