A collective expert review and an e-mobility roll-out plan
Instead of solving it “point by point” for each resident, we prepare one coherent deployment for the whole building.
We prepare full design and as-built documentation together with the fire-safety review and preparation for the UDT inspection — for the whole building, not a single space. The design is based on an analysis of the existing installation and the power actually available.
For an HOA or co-op it is far more advantageous to carry out one collective expert review and adopt a collective e-mobility roll-out plan than to treat every resident individually. Separate “on-request” reviews duplicate the cost of analysing the same building, quickly exhaust the available power and lead to inconsistent installations that are hard to maintain.
